Dr Becca Bland will be stepping back from leading the Charity at the end of 2023
The organisation is today announcing that our founder and Chief Executive, Dr Becca Bland, will be stepping back from the charity at the end of 2023 after eleven years in the role.
Becca conceived, built, developed and led the charity from its inception in 2012, to an organisation with considerable influence across the UK and internationally in the media, research, policy and support fields.
The organisation will be left safely in the hands of a wonderful Trustee board, and dedicated long-standing operational team with much to draw on from the last decade in terms of impact and credibility. A new CEO will be recruited in due course.
Becca will remain in the field, and move on to focus on individual coaching for those experiencing family estrangement and take up training and consultancy. She will always be connected to the charity as its founder and will take up a special honorary role after her departure.
